As ever, I'm available for session work as a player (guitar, keyboards, bass and vocals), as a mix engineer and as a mastering engineer.
My home studio is very well appointed - built around a high end Intel/Windows 10 workstation with 64 GB RAM and set up with a Universal Audio Apollo x6 Thunderbolt 3 Digital Audio interface and Presonus 8Pre lightpipe microphone preamp/interface providing a full dedicated 16 input channels and 12 output channels. The desk is set up with a pair of Yamaha HS8 self powered near field monitors on the A channel, and Adam Audio N5V self powered near fields on the B channel for effective mix and master validation. Soon to come will be a full Dolby Atmos mixing and mastering setup for the special releases targeted at the high end audiophile. I also have an Apple MacBook Pro running Logic Pro X with Thunderbolt 3 available as well. PreSonus FaderPort 16 is my control surface of choice.
Software includes Cubase Pro 11, Ableton Live 11, Logic Pro X for those who need these platforms. I will be investing in Pro Tools audio software when the demand requires it.
Guitars available are primarily built by myself under my business name of Svilpa Custom Guitars - various configurations and sounds for those who require specific tones such as single coil, mini humbucker, P90 and standard humbucker configurations. Two of the guitars are also configured with Fishman Triple Play midi pickups that drive VSTs and hardware synthesizers. Two bass guitars are available - 4 string Fender Jazz Bass and Warwick Corvette active 4 string, pluggable DI or through a Tech21 Geddy Lee YYZ pedal into the Apollo x6 interface.
Keyboards include an Arturia MatrixBrute analog synthesizer, an Arturia KeyStation 61 mk 2 as a controller for external and VST synthesizers. Access Virus Ti2 desktop module, Waldorf Blofeld wavetable desktop module, Roland V-Synth XT rack synthesizer and IK Multimedia Uno Synth Pro cover the hardware synth array, with a huge VST catalog available in the DAW.
A Simmons SD2000 mesh head drum kit and module along with Alesis SamplePad Pro driving Superior Drummer 3 and DFH 2 vsts.
